By using Draw Any Room you agree to these terms. They’re short because the site is simple.

Using the tool

The tool is free for personal and business use, and you don’t need an account. Please don’t try to break the site or stop other people using it.

Your plans

Anything you draw is yours. I don’t claim any rights to it, and you can use your exports however you like, including for client work.

Check before you build or buy

A plan is only as good as the measurements that went into it, and the sizes and clearance numbers on this site are general guidance. Check real dimensions on site before you buy anything, cut anything or start work. Nothing here is architectural, engineering or legal advice, and you’re responsible for meeting your local building codes and getting any permits you need.

No guarantee

The site is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind. I can’t promise it will always be available or free of bugs. Your plans live in your own browser, so keep your own copy of anything that matters using Save plan as a file. As far as the law allows, I’m not liable for any loss that comes from using the site, including lost plans or the cost of work based on a plan.

Changes

I may update these terms now and then, and the date at the top will change when I do. If you have a question, get in touch.
