The short version is that I never see your floor plans. The tool runs in your browser and there’s no account or server behind it.

Your plans

Your plan is saved in your browser’s local storage on your own device. It isn’t uploaded anywhere. If you clear your browser data, it’s gone, so use Save plan as a file if you want a copy you can keep. Exports are made in your browser too.

Links to a plan

Copy a link to this plan packs the whole plan into the part of the web address after the # symbol. Browsers don’t send that part to the website, so it doesn’t reach me. Anyone you give the link to can read the plan, and the app you send it through can see it, so only share it with people you’d show the plan to.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn’t set cookies and doesn’t use analytics or ads right now. If that ever changes, I’ll update this page first. Fonts are served from this site, so no font service sees your visit.

Server logs

Like nearly every website, the hosting provider keeps basic request logs, such as IP address, browser type and the page asked for. They’re used to keep the site running, and I don’t use them to identify anyone.

Email

If you email me, I’ll have your address and whatever you wrote, and I’ll only use it to reply to you.

Questions

You can ask me anything about this through the contact page.
